BRRRR - Now a Pearl!

Located in the bustling town of Brockville Ontario. Home to the New Leclerc cookie factory! Pearl is a beautiful stone century home that needed some reno love to bring back its charm and improve its functionality for its new tenants.

We re-did the entire kitchen, added a new powder room on the main floor, a laundry/mudroom, modified the bathroom and room layouts upstairs and refinished the stunning original floors that were hidden by floating floor!
